Using Batch Relink, you can manage assets for 3ds Max files and Material Libraries even on computers without 3ds Max installed.
With “Batch Relink” you can search and relink the missing asset paths. 
Also, the plugin allows the collection of or archives of bitmaps and other assets for 3d files.
 Mass change asset paths by renaming by the mask are also supported.
